Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Domestic Shipping: We ship within Peru via Olva Courier, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

International Shipping: We ship from Lima, Peru, via Serpost International Economy. Delivery typically takes 12–20 days, but may take up to 30 days depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local postal services.

Which company handles my shipment?

All orders are shipped from Peru. Domestic orders within Peru are shipped via Olva Courier, while international orders are shipped via Serpost (Peru's national postal service).

For international orders, once the package arrives in the destination country, it is generally handed over to the local postal operator for final delivery, such as USPS in the United States.

Where are your products shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Lima, Peru.

Our products are carefully prepared and packaged in Peru before being shipped internationally.

What is Baby Alpaca?

Baby Alpaca does not mean that the fiber comes from a baby alpaca.

The term refers to a high-quality, exceptionally soft alpaca fiber, traditionally associated with the finest grades of alpaca fiber. Alpacas are not killed to obtain their fiber.

Our Baby Alpaca products are made from responsibly obtained alpaca fiber and are known for their softness, warmth, and lightweight feel.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Our standard international shipping method is Serpost International Economy.

For international orders, since this is an economical postal service, tracking is not available for all shipments. We normally provide a tracking number for orders weighing more than 500 g.

For orders within Peru, all shipments include a tracking number, regardless of the package weight, and are shipped via Olva Courier.

If your international order weighs less than 500 g and you would like a tracked shipping option, please contact us before or after placing your order. We can arrange a higher-level tracked shipping service upon request, subject to an additional shipping cost.

Sustainability

Our products are made using eco-friendly materials and traditional techniques passed down through generations. We ensure ethical craftsmanship and respect for alpacas, honoring the heritage of the Andean communities.
