For international orders, once the package arrives in the destination country, it is generally handed over to the local postal operator for final delivery, such as USPS in the United States.

Our products are carefully prepared and packaged in Peru before being shipped internationally.

Baby Alpaca does not mean that the fiber comes from a baby alpaca.

The term refers to a high-quality, exceptionally soft alpaca fiber, traditionally associated with the finest grades of alpaca fiber. Alpacas are not killed to obtain their fiber.

Our Baby Alpaca products are made from responsibly obtained alpaca fiber and are known for their softness, warmth, and lightweight feel.

Our standard international shipping method is Serpost International Economy.

For international orders, since this is an economical postal service, tracking is not available for all shipments. We normally provide a tracking number for orders weighing more than 500 g.

For orders within Peru, all shipments include a tracking number, regardless of the package weight, and are shipped via Olva Courier.

If your international order weighs less than 500 g and you would like a tracked shipping option, please contact us before or after placing your order. We can arrange a higher-level tracked shipping service upon request, subject to an additional shipping cost.
